Shipping Policy

We cover the shipping costs for all orders—no minimum purchase required. Every product is shipped directly to your home free of charge. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Method:

We primarily ship using Canada Post to ensure reliability and wide coverage. However, in certain cases where we believe an alternative carrier may offer faster or more efficient delivery to your location, we may choose a different provider at no additional cost to you.

Processing Time:
After receiving your order, it takes 1–3 business days to process. This includes carefully packing your items and performing a quality check to ensure everything is correct and free of defects. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within 1 business day, while orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time:
Once processed, your order will be shipped out. On average, delivery takes between 6–10 days.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order. As we begin processing orders immediately, changes are usually not possible after the order is placed. However, if you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you to the best of our ability.
